We are an honest company made up of honest people. The only industry search firm endorsed
by the National Association of Executive Recruiters.

As a matter of policy, we do not post the names and pictures of our account executives,
researchers, talent scouts, or administrative staff.

We do not post resumes or the names of our client companies. Florasearch maintains
confidentiality agreements with all involved. But if you would like references, please call,
and the names of individuals and client companies you know and our bank references will be provided.

Florasearch was founded over twenty years ago by Bob Zahra, a certified personnel consultant,
who has worked in the greater horticulture/green industry for the past 25 years.
